History:

Trade Point program started according to the declaration of the United Nations
Conference for Trade and Development (UNCTAD) held in March 1992.
The
Global Trade Points network (GTPNet) was launched officially during United
Nations International recommendations on trade efficiency October 1994 to inter
connect trade points around the world.
World
trade point federation was established in 2001.

modern information technology and electronic communication. It is considered a
center for facilitating trade transactions by using the last technology to
exchange information.

Trade point is a gateway to global networking as trade points are
interconnected in a world wide electronic network among about 167 trade points
located in 110 nations through the Global Trade Points Networks (GTPNet).

of international trade and represents trade data and economics studies helping
businessmen to take the decision.

main aim of establishing trade points globally is to increase the ability the
world trade using the modern information technology and electronic
communications and they help small and medium enterprises to increase their
participation in global trade.
